The space The space The unit is fully furnished with a TV, Queen size bed can accommodate comfortably 2 people. And a sofa bed that can accommodate either 1 adult or 2 kids/children. We provide clean, cozy, and comfortable accommodation to our guests! Good for 3 guests, our unit is perfect for travelers, guests with connecting flights, and for family. Our place is clean, cozy, spacious, and relaxing. We encourage you to please read our HOUSE RULES for the detailed guidelines for the usage of the pool and fitness gym prior to booking our unit. Guest access Guest access The unit is wifi-ready and complete with basic kitchen utensils for those who like to cook. Appliances available such as flat Smart screen android TV, Window type air-condition electric fan, refrigerator, flat iron, microwave oven, rice cooker, water heater, automatic washer, hot and cold shower, and water filter. Guests are allowed to use the building amenities such as: 1. Adult pool and kiddie pool (EXCEPT MONDAY due to cleaning maintenance) 2. Fitness gym 3. Other outdoor amenities Other things to note Our unit is a smoke-free area. We will charge the guest PHP10,000 for violating our "NO SMOKING" house rule.
