Welcome to my courtyard house, a flat located in the immediate surroundings of Cormano railway station, which offers convenient connections to Milan Central in just 20 minutes and Milan Porta Garibaldi train stations in 15 minutes. The flat has two bedrooms, a bathroom with washing machine and a large living room with kitchen. The strategic location allows to enjoy the tranquillity of Cormano, while maintaining convenient accessibility to Milan's most important landmarks. The space The flat has: LIVING AREA Once you open the front door, you will enter the living area, with a kitchen suitable for all kinds of culinary needs, a dining table, a comfortable and elegant sofa, and a Smart TV with Netflix access. MASTER SUITE The elegant and comfortable double bed is set in a relaxing and timeless space, together with bedside lamps that highlight the main tones of the room. To the side of the bed you'll find a spacious and practical six-door wardrobe which allows you to store and organise all your clothes. There is also a dresser and another smart TV hanging on the wall, also with Netflix access. DOUBLE SUITE Here the room presents a certain practicality with two comfortable and well-arranged single beds. Here, too, there is a practical walk-in wardrobe for storing your clothes, as well as a small study corner. The two separate beds together with the clever arrangement of the furniture make this room an ideal solution for groups or families, providing the flexibility to share space without compromising individual comfort. Also perfect for travellers seeking practicality and connectivity. BATHROOM Adorned with a modern and functional design, the bathroom of this charming flat welcomes you with a touch of elegance. Well-distributed lighting creates a relaxing atmosphere, while well-organised spaces and functional furniture ensure efficiency. In addition to all the main sanitary facilities, you will also find a washing machine so that you can comfortably wash your clothes. Guest access Guests will have full and exclusive access to the flat during their stay and will be able to freely use all the comforts and appliances present in accordance with the house rules. Other things to note Check-in will be done in total autonomy through a self check-in system. A few hours before your arrival, you will receive all the necessary instructions to enter the flat and register your identity documents, which must be done no later than 24 hours after the check-in time. (the price per night indicated includes 30% of the property management fee) Before your arrival, we will clean the flat according to the strictest hygiene standards. All the necessary linen and towels will be delivered for your stay in order to meet all your needs and relieve you of the burden to pack them for your stay.
