The kitchen is complete, equipped with a refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, water filter, coffee maker, air fryer and utensils such as pots, dishes, cutlery, glasses and cups. It has parking for 2 vehicles and free Wi-Fi internet. Comfortably accommodates: 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 2 single beds, plus 2 extra mattresses, blankets and pillows. One of the pools has a barbecue and is located in the central area. The other pool has a sauna and is close to the entrance of the condominium, with a wonderful view of the lake and the mountains. Other things to note The apartment is located in Escarpas do Lago, an upscale and quiet neighborhood of Capitólio, approximately 8 km from the city center. The region has great restaurants, a bakery, a marina and local shops. The main natural attractions, such as waterfalls and canyons, are in rural areas of the city and the region, requiring travel by car (on average 30 km, depending on the tour chosen). Capitólio is a destination for those who like to explore nature and enjoy the boat trips on Lake Furnas.
