You will not be charged at the time of booking. If you break or lose anything in my room during your stay, you will be charged up to the deposit amount. Q. Can I invite my friends to the room? A. No one except the guest is allowed to enter. We are sorry that the parking lot will be reserved for the next guest, therefore you cannot use it after check-out. Q. What should I bring to do BBQ? A. We have an electric grill. We also have tableware and tongs prepared. Please bring the ingredients and seasonings you want to use for BBQ. Q. Can I leave my luggage before check-in? A. You can leave your luggage before check-in after 10:00am. Q. Is late check-out possible? A. Late check-out is not available. Cleaning needs to be arranged for the next customer. Q. Does your accommodation allow pets? A. I apologize for the inconvenience, but this is not a pet friendly accommodation. Q. Is this accommodation licensed? A. This accommodation is licensed by Japanese goverment. Under the law, you have to fill out the information form for all of the guests. It is also required to upload the photo of your passport if you do not have Japanese address. Q. Can I smoke? A. All rooms are non-smoking. Please refrain from smoking even if it is electronic cigarettes. If you smoke, please smoke on the concrete in the garden. Q. Will I get a refund if I change the number of guests from my reservation prior to checking in? A. If you have more than 5 days before check-in, you will get a refund, but if you have less than 5 days before check-in, according the cancellation policy there will be no refund.
