Luxury Condo, 30+ Floor Suite

Hello there! I'm looking for a roommate to share my condo in Downtown Bellevue. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who would like to stay 12 months or more, with a 1-2 month initial trial period, to make sure we get along well :) The space I live on the 30+ floor of one of the newest condo buildings in the heart of downtown Bellevue, and here's what's included in this listing. -This listing is for the 2nd master bedroom in my condo -Furnished with a queen bed, night stands, lamp, in-ceiling lights, and automated shades -Floor to ceiling windows and a bird's eye view of downtown Bellevue -Large, private full bath with Twin Turbo Powerspray shower head Here's what I'm looking for in a roommate: -You understand that living with another person requires effort to be good - it's not like living by yourself. -You communicate your needs well and make adjustments in response to my needs (I had regular "check ins" with my previous roommates). -You are exceptionally clean and respectful of our home. -You don't smoke or vape (my building does not allow it), don't use illicit drugs, consume alcohol/cannabis moderately (or not at all), and overall maintain a healthy lifestyle. -You are fun to be around and have a positive energy/attitude. -You're willing to occasionally give me a hand with reaching things, etc because I use a wheelchair. (no requirements here, just if you are around/available) Guest access You will have access to the shared elements of the condo and building amenities. Condo features and amenities: -North facing unit 30+ stories high, 1,781 square feet, with a bird's eye view of the gorgeous city -Brazilian cherry hardwood floors throughout kitchen and living room, wool carpet in the bedrooms -Floor to ceiling windows in the common space and a balcony, with postcard quality views of the Cascade mountain range and Lake Washington -Fully furnished with a kitchen table, sofas, TV, Xbox, & Chromecast -Biweekly cleaning service -Automated shades -A/C for those warm summer nights -Automatic fireplace for toasty winter evenings, just flip a switch to turn it on -Top of the line Wolf appliances and Subzero refrigerator/freezers -Fresh filtered water always at the ready -Blazing fast 30Mbps wireless Internet -Top of the line Samsung washer/dryer units Building features and amenities: -Friendly concierge on duty in the building lobby, at your service 24 hours, 7 days a week -Gorgeous building fit for downtown Bellevue, inside and out; you'll feel like you're living in the lap of luxury -Entire floor of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna, steam room, event room, chef's kitchen, and movie room. -Free WiFi in all the common areas of the building -Secured access to all floors for safety -100% non-smoking/vaping -LEED Gold certified -One block from the exquisite Bellevue Square mall, full of high-end shopping, fine dining (Ruth's Chris Steakhouse has a great happy hour!), and entertainment for the day and night (movie theaters, comedy club, bars, etc.) -Close to Microsoft and Expedia offices -Bellevue Transit Center is just one block away -Grocery stores (Safeway) and tons of restaurants just one block away (Chipotle, Evergreens, Blazin Bagels, Potbelly Sandwich Shop, Homegrown, Purple, Lot. no 3, Coco Ramen Bar) During your stay A little about me: -I keep myself occupied by sharing humor and positivity in the world, and that takes many forms: public speaker, dating coach, vlogger, YouTuber, and comedian. -I work from home (writing and video editing) so I'm mostly in my room throughout the day. -I wake up every day at 6 AM, and go to bed around 10 PM. I'm a very heavy sleeper so you won't wake me if you are up. -I have an assistant who comes every day at 6 AM to help me get ready in the morning (I use a wheelchair and need help with food prep, getting dressed, etc.). -I keep my home very organized and clean. The only mess is occasionally on my desk as I'm working. -I drink alcohol very rarely, I don’t smoke, and I use edible cannabis about once a week for relaxation/sleep. -I have a friend over perhaps once a week, and I host a game or movie night with a handful of friends about once a month (you're certainly welcome to join for those). -A great roommate! I'm happy to chat or join in on adventures, and enjoy down time on my own as well Other things to note I have an assistant who comes over in the mornings at 6 AM and prepares food for me in the kitchen. If you are a light sleeper, this is likely not a good fit for you. I do have a box of earplugs, which may help :) Also, I rent out my 2nd spare bedroom in the same condo on airbnb, so there may potentially be another roommate. In my experience, when both rooms are occupied, everyone has gotten along great, because people who use airbnb are more respectful than the average person.
