On the hill of Kefalomantouko, away from the noise of the city, but very close to the main road with shops of all kinds, banks, pharmacies, restaurants and regular transport routes. The space Casa Di Angelica is a newly renovated ground floor apartment that can accommodate a group of 4 guests. The master bedroom features a Queen size bed and it is equipped with individual A/C, large closet and chest of drawers. The cozy family open concept living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast - dining room area, comfortable living area and two single beds, A/C. All amenities included, filter coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven with ceramic hobs and full-size fridge. Everything you need to cook an amazing meal for the family. We offer a welcome basket for our guests with traditional tastes and treats such as local honey, wine and marmalade. There is also butter, rusks, bottled water, fruit juice and coffee. Of course, there are sugar, tea, milk portions, salt, pepper and vinegar. This not an option served everyday but supplies are left in the home for use by guests until consumed, so that you can organize your holiday shopping without time pressure. The bathroom offers a bathtub with shower. Fully stocked with hair dryer, liquid hand soap, body wash, shampoo, washing machine with initial stock of detergent pods. Casa Di Angelica 1 is Digital Nomad friendly with Fast & reliable Wi-Fi. Start your day with a breakfast under the cool summer breeze in the courtyard living area. We can provide a high-chair or a baby cot for our little guests upon request. Guest access There is one parking space available on the premises. You will have free access to the front patio. Trained Professionals: Our team of housekeeping professionals follow protocol and always look for ways to improve upon their craft. Proper PPE Usage: All housekeepers and inspectors wear protective masks and gloves when cleaning rentals. Linens and bedding: All linens, towels and laundry are cleaned at a commercial-grade laundry facility and in accordance with CDC guidelines. We eliminate excess contact and minimize potential spread of germs by bagging dirty linen during transport. Overall Cleaning and Disinfecting: Disinfected and sanitized high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service-providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitized soft surfaces and upholstery. Re-washed Dinnerware: Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals.
