Our top modern city apartment is located on Merowinger Str., directly on Clodwigplatz in the Cologne city center (Südstadt). The apartment for sole use is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with children), and groups of up to 4 people. The apartment has a living area of 45 m² and was completely rebuilt in November 2016. Through an access control with a number code, a problem-free check-in is possible! The space Our apartment on the 2nd floor of a beautiful residential building on Merwoinger Str. is lovingly and comfortably furnished. The 1.60 * 2.00 m box spring bed offers relaxed nights for 2 people. In addition, we have a cozy sofa bed with a sleeping area of 1.60 * 2.00 m in our premises, which can be booked separately. In the living room, there is a beautiful glass dining table with cozy chairs, which can also be used as a workplace. The small kitchen with fridge and stove offers everything your heart desires. There is a coffee maker, kettle, Britta water filter and of course cutlery, glasses, plates, pans, etc. The bathroom in the apartment with windows and daylight offers privacy and is equipped with a large and modern shower cubicle. In the living area there is a large wardrobe with hangers. The apartment was completely renovated in the winter of 2016 and furnished with new furniture. We have put a lot of effort into making you feel comfortable in our apartment during your stay in Cologne and enjoy the great city in a relaxed way.
