** Cond.Fully Equipped! Aquatika is a beautifully maintained Resort style beach resort with endless pools throughout the entire complex. My Penthouse is Located towards the back of the complex Just steps away from the BEACH right in front of POOLS steps away from basketball court and HOT TUB. It truly is the Best location in the complex in my opinion. My Place comes Fully equipped with everything from pool floats mini golf tennis B.ball equip. ETC.. The space The condo features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and air conditioner. My guests will enjoy 150 Mbps of WiFi. The living-room area has a air conditioner as well as ceiling fans. The kitchen features a stainless still fridge with ice-maker, microwave and stove; large counter with 4 bar stools alongside the dining area. When you find your way back to the living-room you will discover a leather couch that converts into a queen sized bed, there's another couch for lounging. You will also find a spiral staircase that leads to an area where you will find a the POOL TABLE. There is a mini fridge that I use to keep my beers cold when I'm hanging there, (you can put water if you like: ) so you don't have to walk back downstairs. Up there you'll find sliding doors that lead to a large terrace. This area has outdoor sectional seating, lounger, hanging egg chair, and a daybed with canopy. Also there is a propane grill where guests can hangout, grill and chill enjoy food and drinks on the outdoor dinning table. This place was created to make memories that last a Lifetime. FULLY EQUIPPED Guest access Guests will Enjoy access to the entire complex and all the amenities it has to offer including pools and direct beach access. Tennis courts, Basketball court, Mini Golf Beach volley ball. I keep my place well stocked with all the equipment to enjoy the above mentioned. also provide beach chairs pool floats small cooler everything you need to make the best of your stay. Los Colobos shopping center with a walmart 17 mins away also k1 go cart racing, Arcade, Movie theater etc. about 30mins away you have Carabali Rainforest Park wich offers Atv's, Horse back riding on the Beach, Go Karts & Hayrides. Jet ski rentals and surfing about 35mins away. there are some Gorgeous shallow reefs that you can snorkel thru and see beautiful fish. just ask and ill recommend the spot. I have some snorkel gear at the place as well that my guests may use. El Yunque National rain forest is also about 40 min drive away..and much much more Note: strictly enforced no outside visitors allowed in the complex other then who is on the guest list.
