With only 65 inhabitants, Louka is a quiet crossroads of three fascinating areas: Vysočina, Moravian Karst and the Hornosvratecké vrchovina. The property is fenced and offers an escape to privacy. Behind the cottage you will find only meadows and a pond. The cottage has been recently renovated and the living room has direct access to the garden with seating. Enjoy peace and quiet, relax, or go on sightseeing trips. The space The cottage has been newly renovated inside. From the living room there is direct access to the garden with seating. Enjoy relaxing in peace and quiet or explore castles, chateaux and lookout towers. Close to the western towns of Boskovice and Šiklův mlýn. The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 1 to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. Bedrooms and rooms: Entrance, hallway with dressing room, hall, living room with kitchen, first bedroom (2 beds), second bedroom (2 beds), bathroom, toilet. On request, we can prepare a small crib for a baby or toddler and a changing table (see photo). Facilities: 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 toilet. There is a swimming reservoir near the cottage, which is maintained by the municipality during the main holidays as a swimming area. The nearest swimming is in the village Čtyři dvory, 4 km away - see photos. In winter, the place also offers winter activities, just 5 km to the north is the Olešnice ski slope, 4 km to the south is the Hodonín ski resort. Other things to note In the summer season: from May 1 to September 30, the price of accommodation includes: - complete costs excluding heating, i.e. water, wood, as well as the provision of linen, towels, towels, toiletries, parking, Wi-Fi, kitchen utensils and cleaning after the end of the stay; normal electricity consumption is also included, when charging an electric car, excessive electricity consumption associated with charging the vehicle is charged separately after the end of the stay; the electricity meter is located on the side of the cottage towards the stream. Heating in the summer season is possible free of charge with wood in the stove in the living room or for an additional fee you can remotely turn on the electric boiler.
