This is my beach home that I rent out when I am not staying myself. It is very well furnished with a fully equipped kitchen It is approximately 200 yards from the beach (a three minute walk to the walkway over the dunes to the beach) The beaches are not crowded and have been rated the second best beaches in the US. St. Great for families and couples. This is a pet friendly home and the beach is pet friendly. The space My home is a stand alone home built up on 8' pilings. All living quarters are above ground 8'. Under the house is the laundry room, charcoal grill area, fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, storage space and two large lighted, covered, concrete parking spaces My home stands in the middle of a half acre lot filled with island oaks and sand dunes. There are no close neighbors. The view from the large partially covered front porch is awesome. Guest access The entire house with the exclusion of the owners storage under the house will be available to the guests. Other things to note Please note that the beds in the second bedroom are full beds, not singles. The program would not let me list full (URL HIDDEN) makes a difference.......
