The space A brand new house built to an exceptionally high standard comprising of 2 large bedrooms with private en-suite and a third bedroom with another queen bed. This home is suitable for up to six people in style and comfort. The bedrooms are fitted with Cultiver Belgium linen, goose down duvets and feather pillows. Full en-suite bathrooms have plush Marimekko towels and quality soaps and shampoo. A fully appointed kitchen with new modern appliances allows full catering if you chose to eat in. A comfortable lounge includes a wood fire heater, air-conditioning and TV. A spacious private deck overlooking the natural bush beyond has has table a chairs for outdoor dinning, Weber Q BBQ and a large umbrella for shade.. Other things to note This house is one of 3 guest homes on the large property. They are located on the outskirts of the village of Whitfield, just a few minutes walk to two of the premier local wineries - Pizzini and Dal Zotto, local cafe hobbledehoy, King Valley Fine Foods, Whitfield General Store and the Mountain View Hotel. We do have WiFi on the property but it is mobile data and can be load affected at times. Firewood is available from the farmer across the road for $25 for a bag. Let us know if you want a bag and I will arrange it. Telstra and Optus mobiles work on the property, Vodafone and TPG do not work at all in the valley. Laundry access is available by request.
