Beautiful house to rest in front of Lake Chapala located 63 km from downtown Guadalajara. The property is located just 2 minutes from the village of San Juan Cosalá, 5 minutes from the village of El Chante and 15 minutes from the village of Jocotepec. The house has a satellite TV system (SKY), wifi, two (2) large gardens, with a terrace, pool, barbecue, stereo, ramp to launch boats, and more. The maximum guest capacity is 16 people. The space The house has a small house where the people who take care of the property live, they can help you with any questions you may have. Guest access You can use all the areas, but you CANNOT use water equipment such as boats, jet skis or kayaks (these are for the exclusive use of the owners) Other things to note - No events allowed on the property - The house's water service comes from a well, so it may be a non-transparent color. This water is clean and does not cause any problems for bathing.
