Welcome to mari mari homestay . Our loft homestay is located in kota kinabalu city, upper of Imago shopping mall which is one of biggest mall on kk city. is convinient to hunted food or shopping from our homestay to mall. And our location is easy for transportation , for non transportation you can use 'Grab' apps go everywhere. And near to or from kk airport (KKIA) , its take for around 15 min arrive. The space Mari homestay M5 is locate above Imago shopping mall , A condominium name IMAGO THE LOFT situate same building with Imago shopping mall. IMAGO THE LOFT E - LEVEL 5 Our m5 suitable for small family with kids or a small group up to 6 paxs. There is the space 911sqft entire apartment covering with 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with balcony , and having great city view . kitchen is including with : kettle , microwave, dining set, refrigerator, kitchen utensil and induction cooker our small backyard have : washing machine and washing powder/ detergent we provide: -wifi - tv with tv box (Netflix is unavailable for our tv box brand *long tv* , but you can watch international movie or channel by provided app on tv box or youtube) -iron with iron board -hair dryer -shampoo & body shampoo - towel x 6 (Please bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste) Guest access we provide access card with key . our access card can access past the secured lobby entrance, lift to swimming pool. playground and eco deck. beside that ,can use for barrier gate of parking. we provide 1 residence parking on parking mall at 4th floor which is situated on parking mall. extra car can park on pay parking mall . and please take note , there has no any outside parking we provide. verhicle heigh more then 2.0M is no allow park over on parking mall. any inquiry or question please kindly contact us thanks. Other things to note Note 1) Our homestay is service apartment / condominium located above of Imago shopping mall, Imago the Loft service apartment /condominium have 5 different block/loft (which is Loft A,B,C,D,E) and have own entrance lobby. But we have no any reception counter to collect key. 2) We will arrange to meet up around 3-5pm to and pass the key with access card to you , if late then 5pm or your not sure your arriving time, we can arrange self check in (collect key on mailbox) on our check in point, all we will update with clearly instruction/guidebook . - 7-1 days before your arrival we will contact you to update check in instruction. 3) Once confirm your booking , please drop your contact number that we able to contact you , because all check in/out instruction will be provide via contact apps. 4) we only provide *only 1* indoor parking in building, vehicle height over then 2.0M is not allow park on indoor parking. Imago has no provide any outdoor parking, you can choose to park pay outdoor parking on (kk time square) which in-front on Imago shopping mall, and have walking distance to imago. We will assist you for outdoor parking. 5) Take note for residence parking or entrance mall level 4 : Imago The Loft E is inconvenient for wheel chair user, cause have few step staircase to across to enter or exit parking or entrance of Loft E or entrance mall from level 4 . Other, you may use elevator/lift to access whole building loft E. 6) Imago building is locate centre of kota kinabalu city , entire building was on a main road , and the only landed way for airplane. Other - smoking & drug strictly prohibited in the residence - please be informed pets are not allowed to bring into the residence - kindly remind please wear swimsuit to using our loft swimming pool.
