The space Bluebush Estate is set on ten picturesque acres with magnificent views over our boutique vineyard to the Molly Morgan Ranges. Complete your day by enjoying a game of tennis or billiards, cool off in the swimming pool or just relax and unwind in the comfort of your home away from home. While staying at Bluebush Estate why not take advantage of visiting one of the Hunter Valley's many attractions such as the renowned Hunter Valley Gardens or Hunter Valley Zoo or consider a magical hot air balloon ride at sunrise (complimentary return transfers included with Beyond Ballooning). If you prefer to keep your feet on the ground there are a large variety of wine tasting, brewery and distillery tours to choose from (pick up and drop off from Bluebush). If you are looking for a round of golf, 3 world class golf courses are a 5 to 10 minute drive from beautiful Bluebush. Bluebush Estate is centrally located in the heart of Lovedale within 10 minutes' drive from Hope Estate, Roche Estate and Bimbadgen Estate wineries. For easy access to concerts, a bus transfer service stops at the Estate. Enjoy our country themed cottage, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an antique clawfoot freestanding bathtub. Full kitchen with cooktop, oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a spacious lounge/dining with gas log fireplace. A beautiful front and back veranda with magnificent vineyard views. Reverse cycle air conditioning and a private bass BBA with a CD player, TV and DVD player. The Cottage is perfectly priced for 2 guests to enjoy ample space to themselves for a relaxing getaway. Sleeping up to 6 guests, the cottage is a lovely family holiday house or option for a group of friends. Bedding Configuration Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen Bedroom 3 - 2 x Single Beds How We Price: The booking price is based on a minimum number of guests. Any guests above this number are chargeable on a per person/per night rate. The system will automatically calculate the correct rate when you enter the required number of guests. Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable. Arrival Details: Access to the property is made easy for you. We will send you an access code just before 2pm on your arrival day via SMS and you will use this code for the duration of your stay. Linen: 1 set of full bed linens and 1 bath towel per person are supplied. Guests may wish to bring extra towels depending on the length of their stay. Pool/Lake/Beach towels are BYO Guest Amenities: We are Eco-Friendly - to help reduce wastage, we supply a 500ml Thankyou shampoo, 500ml Thankyou conditioner and 500ml Thankyou body wash in all showers. Guests are not to remove the bottles from the cottage. Otherwise, please bring their own personal preferred bathroom products/amenities. Pools: Our Swimming Pool is opened for swimming for the start of the NSW September School Holidays and closed and Winterised immediately after the NSW Easter School Holidays have been completed. Special Requests for Cold Swims will be considered on a case by case basis. Fires and Firewood: Our Internal fireplaces are Gas. Outdoor wood fire pits with marshmallows can be added onto your booking for an additional hire change. Fireplaces & Firepits operate after the NSW Easter School Holidays up to before the NSW September School Holidays in line with NSW state fire restrictions. Please note: No unauthorised fire are permitted. Party Policy: Unless approved prior to your stay by management, all reservations operate under a Strict No-Party & Non-Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in the NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws. This property is in a Residential Area. A 10.30pm outdoor noise curfew applies to ensure we are sensitive to our neighbours and other staying guests. Failure to comply can put the security bond into jeopardy and may lead to police-assisted eviction and/or extra charges being levied. Extra Guests / Visitors: The number of people nominated on your booking is the maximum number of people that are allowed to be on the property at any one time, including visitors. Visitors may be requested and if approved must be approved in writing with management. Simply put, if Mum and Dad want to come over for a BBQ then we are likely to approve. Guest Registration / ID Check : Your hosts may request that you complete and sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for photo ID i.e. a copy of your Drivers Licence or Passport. The primary guest will also be required to complete a list with the guests names and actual mobile numbers. In the event we are unable to reach the primary booker, it is very important we can get a hold of other guests. These documents will be deleted after your departure. Access Codes are only released to Registered and Verified Guests. Insurance: As always, but ever so more due to recent times, we strongly encourage any holidaymakers to obtain a very inexpensive 3rd Party Domestic Travel Insurance Policy to cover you for all manners of matters which may restrict travel. This is particularly helpful for things like Hunter Valley Concert cancellations, Covid or Medical and Other Emergencies for which we don't provide refunds, and anything which falls under our standard Terms & Conditions irrespective of the reason.
