The space This luxury villa is clad in cosy and snug nooks perfect for spending an evening reading or simply savouring the stunningly breathtaking landscapes. Located in the heart of Dharamshala, the home is a few minutes away from McleodGanj, Kangra and the buzzing markets. Enveloped in landscapes that can only be described as unreal, one must visit to experience this spectacle in person. To that effect, we provide: - Inverter, heater, Wi-Fi, home theatre - Wardrobe, hangers, iron, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent, fire extinguisher - Barbecue kit, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 3-4 cars This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are welcome. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 spacious bedrooms - all on the ground floor. - All bedrooms offer a myriad of amenities including a king-sized bed, TV, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, heater, indoor fireplace and an ensuite bathroom. - Each bedroom features additional sleeping arrangements. - One of the bedrooms overlooks the manicured gardens and the rising mountains. - Extra mattresses can be provided on request. BATHROOMS - There are 3 ensuite bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, separate dressing areas, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The home opens up to an expansive living room on the ground floor, replete with comfortable seating arrangements for up to 6 people. - It is equipped with a spectrum of amenities including a portable music system, Wi-Fi access, TV, heater, indoor fireplace and a CCTV camera. - There is a separate dining room that can accommodate up to 6 people. - Guests can head over to the sundeck and soak in the beautiful views around. - The exteriors of the property feature a sprawling lawn, 1700 sq. ft. in size. It can comfortably seat up to 15 people. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional charge of Rs. 1500 per day. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. FOOD - All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional charge of Rs. 2,500. ACTIVITIES Nestled in the blissful town of Dharamshala, this soothing escape is just the solution for all the urban woes. Within the property, guests can start their day with a leisurely stroll on the lawns, and relish the morning cuppa in the midst of nature. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games such as cards and ludo. The sundeck promises breathtaking vistas of the surrounding peaks and verdure. Huddle around the bonfire and devour a scrumptious barbecue meal. ADD-ON SERVICES - Guests may use the kitchen at an additional charge of Rs. 1500 per day. - Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per use. Groceries are charged as per actuals. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 700 per session. - All the indoor fireplaces can be used at no additional cost. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
