Apartment Elegance

Arrive, feel good, enjoy - this is the motto of our wonderful apartment Elegance! The open 65 sqm apartment is modern and fully equipped. There are no wishes left here! The highlight of the apartment - The private 60 sqm sun terrace with lounge, which invites you to relax in a quiet atmosphere! Dogs are also welcome with us on request. However, there is a small fee of 7€ per night/dog, which is payable locally. The space The light-flooded and modern furnished apartment is available to guests for sole use. Our private sun terrace that belongs to the apartment also invites you to relaxed evenings in a wonderful atmosphere. A fully renovated bathroom with shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen are at your disposal. Towels, bed linen and all kitchen utensils are also provided and can be used. Dogs are also welcome with us on request. However, there is a small fee of €7 per night/dog to be paid on site. The existing washing machine can be charged for a small fee (€3 incl. Laundry detergent) after consultation. Guest access The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building and can be reached via a staircase. The terrace belongs exclusively to the specified apartment. By arrangement, the 2000 sqm garden can be shared. The washing machine and the dryer are in the garage of the house. In front of the house there is ample parking. Per apartment a parking space available. Other vehicles must park in the free parking space. Other things to note The apartment is in a quiet location at the highest point of the place. Thanks to the excellent connections to the A62, A8 and B10 transport routes, attractive destinations such as the Fashion Outlet in Zweibrücken (7 minutes), the Dahner Felsenland hiking area (20 minutes) or the French border (25 minutes) can be reached quickly.
