Small, modern studio/annexe room ( the part of the house) with a double bed, private terrace and entrance. The studio has microwave, mini fridge. kettle, Tv, en-suite. No kitchen, no wash machine. The train Station “Staines”, bus stations Town Centre, Hight Street, ATM, Post Office, shops, super, mini, farm markets etc, in 5-10 min walking distance. London (Waterloo) -35 min on train. Heathrow airport 15 min in taxi. The space On street parking next to property is free between 5pm -9 am at weekdays and all day at weekends. Other time you can use the public car parking places , they are in 5-6 min walking distance in the way between the house and the Train Station and town centre. Or you can order in advance ( minimum 48 hours) the all day ticket for £3/ per day. Guest access Own heating regulation system. Strong Wi-Fi ( Virgin Fiber) NO kitchen, cooking facilities, washing machine. Other things to note Please indicate the reason of your reservation, checking in/out time ASAP. Please carefully read the self check in/out instruction and have a look informative photos for confirmed guests ( in Guests Resources) and confirm you know where is your key. Please don’t nock other people doors, late calls etc. Strictly: The penalty is £100 to braking the self check in rule, coming without reading it , disturbing, calling, nocking other people doors.
