A changing mat is placed near the sink to facilitate washing. Our entire home has been renovated in a contemporary style with floor to ceiling windows and a Japanese-inspired garden. The street is bordered by prunus and leads directly to the landscaped wood. This forest setting guarantees the freshness of the place during scorching periods. We are attentive hosts to the well-being of travelers by offering them a courtesy tray, a neat breakfast and a serene setting. Presence in the room of an office, wifi, Ethernet and fiber. The covered and heated swimming pool is available to travelers between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. from April to November (depending on the weather), but the owners also keep its use.For security reasons, the aquatic area is closed. Travelers must request access. For questions of hygiene, follow the rules of procedure posted in the room. LAST MINUTE: due to the drought in our region, a prefectural decree of July 18, 2022 strictly regulates the use of water. In particular, it is forbidden to top up the water in swimming pools. We are offering a renovated room at the end of 2019. A large room (25m2) is available to travelers to rest; they can find reading, regionalsdocuments. They will have breakfast in our kitchen (30m2), while in summer it will be served on the terrace in the shade of the wisteria between 7am and 9am (or earlier on request). A courtesy tray is available in the living room. The laundry will also be at their disposal. As we only rent one room, we are available to travelers by offering and accompanying them for guided tours (Poitiers and surroundings) and hiking or cycling. Other things to note We choose organic products for our breakfast; it includes seasonal fruit salad, fruit juice, homemade cake, organic bread, dairy products, cereals. You can choose from: coffee (Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia), tea (loose or in sachets), chocolate, Ricoré, milk (goat or cow).
