"Absolute lakefront - your piece of paradise to enjoy" Enjoy this wonderful, tropical feel house with fabulous views over Lake Munmorah which is just metres away with direct access. Wake up to the sun rising over the lake and whilst enjoying breakfast on the spacious deck watch the black swans, pelicans and ducks enjoying the tranquil environment. Treat yourself to a longer stay, you won't regret it. We offer discounts for stays of 5 days or more. The space Perfect for families or couples the house has 2 bedrooms, an open plan living area, kitchen, spacious bathroom plus additional toilet in the laundry. It also has large outdoor deck with dining area and Weber gas BBQ. The house has reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living area and the double bedroom. There are also ceiling fans in the living room as well as both bedrooms. There is a modern, well equipped kitchen with everything you may need for your stay including a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric stove and oven. There is a separate laundry with a second toilet plus a washing machine and dryer. The lounge room has a comfy lounge and a modern flat screen, smart TV. There are three kayaks and life jackets available for guests to enjoy the wonderful lake with direct access from the house. If you fancy sailing a boat ramp is just a few minutes away. It also has a wood heater for snuggling up on those chilly evenings. An initial supply of firewood is included with each stay during winter only. Guest access You have the entire property to yourselves. The front door has a digital keypad so no need to worry about collecting, looking after or losing door keys. There is room for two cars inside the property plus ample space on the road outside if you prefer. There is a bus stop nearby but a car is generally more convenient for convenient access to the beaches and other sights in the area. There is also easy access for walking by the lake. Just go out the back gate and you are right there. Walking south along the lakefront will give you a wonderful, picturesque walk and will ultimately bring you to the Budgewoi shops and the restaurant area a bit further along. Other things to note Although we love dogs and have one of our own, we place a strong importance on maintaining a high standard of cleanliness for our house to ensure our guests have the best experience. For this reason, we do not allow dogs (or any other pets) of any size or breed. Note: The garage is only used for storage of the life jackets and paddles for the kayaks and not used for vehicles.
