Gulf View Condo - Sleeps 6! Steps to Beach & Pools

Goin’ Coastal! Gulf View - Family Friendly. 7 min. walk to the beach. Sleeps 6 - 1 BR, 1.5 BA 4th floor. Overlooks 3 over-sized swimming pools, private resort lake and views of the Gulf. Fully-equipped kitchen. Breakfast bar with 4 stools. Tile Floors, TVs, Internet/Cable Svc. Tennis/Golf Resort. Restaurants, shopping & family entertainment are close by. Spectacular sunsets from the spacious balcony that features an outdoor dining table for 6. Must be over 25 to rent. No pets/No smoking The space Maximum number of people staying overnight in this condo, is 6. This includes all children and babies. There is one private bedroom with a queen size bed, two twin size bunk beds are in the hallway and the sofa in the living area is a queen size sleeper-sofa. The 29" x 80" bunk beds are best suited for children, teens or adults under 5'10" and under 170 lbs. When you are ready to sink your toes in the sand, you can drive over and park along the beach boardwalk, or take a 5 minute walk to the beach on the Seascape boardwalk that crosses the private lake. Kids always enjoy seeing the turtles, ducks and geese that live in the area. If you're more of a poolside person, there are three over-sized pools (over 11,000 square feet) that are rarely crowded and spacious brick covered decks for sunbathing. This beautifully furnished 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo has lots of space and provides the perfect retreat when you've had enough fun in the sun and want to relax before heading out to explore the many venues, shopping centers and restaurants in the area. Enjoy your evening meal or a glass of wine on the extra-wide private balcony while you take in the spectacular sunsets. The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and ice-maker. Other features in the condo are: Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, Washer/Dryer in the unit, Hair Dryer and a Drying Rack that can be placed on the balcony for wet swimsuits. If there are children in your group, the bathtub is equipped with a convenient magnetic shower head with a 6' hose to make it easier for you to bathe your children after a fun day in the sun. Please rinse all sand off using one of the many outdoor shower stations. This is to keep the lobby, elevators and condo units as free of sand as possible. Also, sand clogs the bathtub and washing machine drains and causes damage to the plumbing system. Seascape is a family-friendly, gated community with 2,000 feet of private beach reserved for owners and guests. The Emerald Coast is known for it's sugar-white beaches and crystal clear turquoise waters. Don't be surprised if you spot dolphins or manatees from the beach! Amenities include an 18 hole golf course, tennis, pickle ball, gym and sauna. Cabana Cafe in the building next door provides casual dining and live music in the evening. You can eat there or have it delivered to the condo. There are several restaurants on the property and more within 3 miles of the resort, family fun venues, and lots of shopping too. See our AirBnB Guidebook for more suggestions. Items provided include: Linens and pillows for all the beds, extra blankets can be found in the closet in the bedroom/bathroom. Bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are provided. You will be provided an initial supply of paper towels and toilet paper. Dish-washing liquid and pods for the auto dishwasher are provided. Things to bring: Beach Towels, Sunscreen, Hats, Sunglasses, Flip-flops, Toiletry Items, Hand Sanitizer, Laundry Detergent, Fabric Softener/Dryer Sheets. We leave 2 beach chairs on our balcony. If they have not been damaged or taken, you are welcome to use them at the beach. If you want full beach service (chairs and an umbrella), La Dolce Vita can provide those things for you. Please contact them for pricing and availability. To receive pre-approval thru AirBnB you will be asked to provide information as to who will be staying in the condo. You may be required to provide proof of age. You must be 25 years or older to rent this condo. No Pets Allowed. If you book the condo and violate the above requirements, you will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued. No Smoking inside or on the balcony. No vaping inside, but it is okay to vape on the balcony. Guest access 1 Parking Pass, and 6 pool wristbands will be provided for you in the condo. If an additional parking pass is needed, please let your host know 48 hours prior to your check in. One additional parking pass can be purchased for $15. It can be purchased from the host after your reservation is confirmed. The 6 Pool wristbands must be left in the condo when you checkout. There will be a $25 fee for lost or damaged wristbands or keycard. You will see a 6% Resort Fee on your itemized charges. Florida charges a tourist tax that is not included in the taxes that AirBnB collects. It is not actually a "resort fee", it simply allows us to collect the tax we have to pay to the State of Florida. Other things to note We will not rent to anyone under the age of 25. Maximum number of people in the condo is 6. This includes children and babies. (The bunk beds are not suitable for adults over 5'10" or weighing more than 170 lbs). Guests are NOT permitted to have pets in our building. Many condo owners do own pets, so please be aware that there are dogs on the premises. If a guest violates these rules, they will be asked to leave the condo and a refund will not be issued. Please make sure the sliding glass doors to the balcony are closed if the air conditioner is running. If the doors are open, it causes the air conditioner to work harder and increases the chance it will freeze up. If it freezes up, it has to thaw before it can be repaired. You might be with out AC for 24 hours or longer. No smoking in the condo or on the balcony. Vaping is allowed, but only on the balcony. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am each day. Please be considerate of those who live at the resort year round. Glass containers are not permitted at the pools. Food and beverages cannot be closer than 6 feet from the pool. If you want to listen to music, bring your earbuds. It is a felony to throw or toss anything off the balcony. Please make sure that everyone in your group is aware of this. You may be asked to leave the property if you violate this rule. This condo is also our family’s vacation home. We choose to rent it out when we are not using it, so others may enjoy the beautiful Miramar Beach area. Please enjoy it and care for it as if it were your own home.
