Beach house - Seafront -

This humble little house is located on the beachfront of La Aldea de San Nicolás. From it you can see one of the best sunsets. Quiet place, fishing area away from mass tourism. Surrounded by restaurants where you can taste fresh fish and typical local dishes. At night, the sound of the sea from your terrace while gazing at the starry sky is simply spectacular. Walking one of the best preserved wetlands, the Marciegas Wetland. The space The cottage has two floors connected by an interior spiral staircase. Downstairs, on the same level as the beach promenade, is the bathroom with shower, the living room-kitchen with TV and wifi and a bedroom with a single bed. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a double bed (1.5mx2m) and a terrace with panoramic views of the beach. Guest access • The house is completely private. It has Wi-Fi (high-speed fiber optic), perfect for working. • Free parking just a few meters from the house. Other things to note IMPORTANT: • To get to this quiet area of the island, a car is necessary. You'll have to drive on winding roads, but it'll be worth it. • In the area, mobile coverage is not perfect.
