The space The Cottage is stylishly decorated in an Eclectic Modern-Vintage style. Natural textures and old-world charm combines to create a Modern Lifestyle. With a spacious open plan living area, it is ideal for relaxing family gatherings. A 95cm square floor space and high roof trusses, makes the Cottage airy and light. A stacker door opens up onto a underroof patio and barbeque area. With 2 spacious Bedrooms, it easily sleeps 5/6 people.A Luxury Queen size bed in the en-suite Main Bedroom, ensures for a good night's rest. Twin beds in the second bedroom, can also be made into a King size bed. A sleeper couch in the living area, is ideal for 2 people. Top quality white percale linen and towels are provided. Just bring own Beach Towels. There is an en-suite shower room, as well as a separate full bathroom. Enjoy the luxury of a foam bath, soaps, shampoo and hand creams provided. A well equipped kitchen, with all necessary cooking utentials, provides for great home cooking. There is a Gas stove/ Microwave/Fridge, and a Dishwasher. The Dining room and Lounge has stacker doors which opens up onto a undercover patio and barbecue area which looks onto a garden and Public Playpark. There is direct access through a gate onto the Kids Play park Area. The Cottage is completely private and separated from the Main House with an Olive Tree Orchard and Garden. The Cottage has a seperate driveway entrance with parking for 2 cars. The MAIN house is on the same Property.The Main has 2 en suite Guest Rooms which can accommodate 2 people each, if your group needs more rooms for sleeping. Each bedroom is stylishly and freshly decorated. Both bedrooms have outside doors opening onto a private patio. Nerf-af-Queen's ROOM and Nerf-af-King's ROOM on @airbnb. The Rooms can be booked and used together with the Cottage to accommodate bigger families. Guest access The entire Cottage is open to be enjoyed by guests. It has a private entrance, with Secure and Gated parking area for 2 vehicles and used by guests only. There are French doors in the Main bedroom opening onto the front veranda and outlooks onto the Public PARk, an Olive Orched and Herb garden. Guests have full access to the herb and garden area. Stacker doors opens up widely from the open plan kitchen and living areas onto the undercover barbeque veranda. During colder Winter months, an indoor Fireplace warms up this space. A round table on the veranda and cafe chairs, makes it ideal for late night suppers and early morning bird watching. Spectacular sunsets can also be watched from the patio. We have a far off mountain view and the Ocean nearby. A wide outside doorway into one room and a flat path provides for wheelchair friendly use.
