Go cafe hopping to your hearts content. The space Please note that this is our second home and we have lovingly restored the property for our guests to enjoy. The furniture are valued pieces collected during our travels. We therefore ask our guests to please respect the property. We request that 1) as per AirBnb rules, no parties or events are allowed. This is a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood and it is important not to disturb our neighbours. 2) For large groups please avoid hanging outside the house on the small lane. 3) Please do not proceed to book if you have plans to host parties or events. 4) For groups more than 14 people (including children), you must let us know for prior approval. There are 2 good size bedrooms with own attached bathroom on the ground floor. Past guests have been happy to assign these 2 rooms to the more elderly in their group. These 2 rooms make it very convenient for the elderlies, as the rooms are located right next to the living space, dining area, and the kitchen. Altogether you will have access to all 7 luxuriously appointed bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. All rooms have aircons so you will be comfortably cool. You will love the aesthetics of the space. All furnitures are thoughtfully sourced with quality in mind. Start your day with a lovely cup of coffee in the architect designed kitchen and living areas. After a day of exploring the delights of Georgetown, settle down on the comfortable queen size bed for a well deserved rest. Relax in luxurious rain shower in your ensuite bathroom. Make use of the modern amenities in the fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. Other things to note You and your family will be staying in the heart of Georgetown Core Zone, a UNESCO world heritage site! Don't worry if you are driving! Most of our guests drive! We will arrange for car parking for your cars about 5 minutes walk away. This is with a third party private car park. You will have access to the car park during your stay and will be able to drive in and out of the car park. The cost is about RM25 per day per car. As this is via third party arrangement we are not responsible for the security of the cars. Having said this, we have not heard or encountered any security issues with this car park, and we use this car park frequently ourselves. The kitchen is very well equipped and please note that only light cooking is allowed. Penang is such a food heaven so please enjoy the food rather than your own meals! If you need to do light cooking or reheating, the facilities include pots, microwave, hob.
