Price & booking - The total price is fully visible before booking and is accepted with the booking. - Please only book if the price displayed is okay with you. ⏱ 2. Duration of stay & purpose of use - Rental exclusively for stays of 30 nights or more (e.g. projects, probationary period, professional change, studies/internship). - The apartment is for temporary private use during such a stay. 🚫 3. What is not allowed - Commercial uses beyond a normal professional stay. - Passing on the apartment to third parties or bookings on behalf of other persons without coordination. 🤝 4. Careful handling - Please handle the apartment, inventory and technology carefully. The parquet floor is delicate - please do not use wet shoes. 🔥 5. Not allowed - Smoking, parties, open fires (candles, hookah), any drugs and pets are not allowed. 🏠 6. Accommodation & cancellation - Please note that the photos are **example images** that show the standard, but are not constantly updated. The cancellation policy selected at the time of booking applies. 🪪 7. Identity & number of guests - To establish identity, the presentation or transmission of a valid ID is necessary. In the case of ID card copies, the first and last name, address, photo and date of validity must remain legible and must not be blacked out, as these data are required for identification. - Secure transmission is done exclusively via encrypted Airbnb message. - Only the booked number of people may stay in the apartment; additional guests must be agreed in advance. ⚠ 8. In the event of serious violations - In the event of serious violations, we reserve the right to terminate the booking prematurely and to inform the platform and, if necessary, the responsible authorities. ℹ 9. To ensure that everything starts smoothly, we will inform you about our modern access system and security measures. 🔑 Smart access system For maximum convenience, we use the "KIWI – Opening Doors" app. How to open the front door and apartment door without a key: 1. Download the app to your smartphone. 2. After booking, you will receive an invitation link by email with personal access rights, which you must confirm separately. Sign up for KIWI. 3. The app automatically activates at check-in and deactivates at check-out. In addition, an emergency key is available at the cloakroom – please leave it there before departure. 🪪 Identity verification (optional, prioritized on site) For mutual safety: - On site: present your valid ID when handing over the keys. - In case of advance necessity: For ID copies to establish identity for landlords or hosts, the name, address and date of validity must always remain legible.
