KING BED • ENSUITE • PET FRIENDLY • NEAR THE BEACH Beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home for up to 7 guests, just a short stroll to kilometres of sandy coastline. This private beach retreat features indoor/outdoor dining, two lounge rooms, a modern kitchen, and expansive bi-fold doors that blend indoor comfort with outdoor living. Pet friendly with a large garden, and only 10 minutes to Mooloolaba or Caloundra. Relax, explore, and make lifelong memories. The space PROPERTY DETAILS This beautiful house offers driveway parking for two vehicles. Additional parking is available on the street directly in front of the house. For easy access to the house, the keys are located in a key safe. The code for the lockbox will be sent to you prior to your visit. The house has 4 bedrooms: Master Bedroom: 1 x King Size Bed & Ensuite Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 4: 1 x Single Bed (Accommodation for 7 guests) The house is open, airy, modern, and tastefully decorated throughout. It is newly furnished, creating a welcoming and comfortable space. We are a pet-friendly property. As such, we kindly ask that pets are not allowed on any furniture, carpeted areas, or beds and that you are responsible for cleaning up after your dog. There is a very large outdoor verandah with both dining and lounge areas overlooking the garden. The house also has a large grassed front yard, fully fenced with a large, secure fence to contain your pet, small children, or spouse. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, pans, crockery, cooking implements, and cutlery. STARTER SUPPLIES We aim to keep the cleaning costs to a minimum, so we provide a starter pack which includes: Tea Coffee Milk Generic 3-in-1 body wash and hair wash 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet You will need to purchase your own supplies after this initial provision. Please note, we do not supply sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, paper towels, etc. All linen is provided, sourced from a Premium Linen Service. Beach towels are also provided for your use. PARKING Parking is available in front of the garage. The garage is not accessible to guests. There is additional street parking available, though it can get quite busy. BBQ A gas BBQ is available on the back verandah for your use throughout your stay. LOCATION This is a perfect location to relax and enjoy all the Sunshine Coast has to offer: 2-minute walk to the kilometres of stunning beach 4-minute drive to Kawana Shopping Centre, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and shops 10-12 minute drive to Mooloolaba 15-minute drive to Caloundra 35-minute drive to Noosa 10-minute walk to Kawana Hotel / Dan Murphy’s Liquor 5 km drive to Point Cartwright Lighthouse AIR-CONDITIONING The lounge room and master bedroom are both air-conditioned, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms. PROPERTY RULES This is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies property. If you wish to host an event, we kindly ask you to book elsewhere. We value your peace and quiet, as well as that of our neighbours. This property is STRICTLY NO SMOKING. If you wish to smoke, we request that you do so outside the building and clean up afterward. On booking, we may ask for details of your group and information about your trip to the coast. We do this to ensure that the property is a suitable fit for your needs. We use a noise monitoring device (located on the back verandah) to ensure quiet, peaceful stays. This device only monitors the volume of sounds and does not record conversations. If we receive reports of a party, event, function, or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and, if necessary, ask you to vacate the premises immediately. This is a high-quality, luxury house perfect for families, friends, and small groups looking for a peaceful retreat. ADDITIONAL CLEANING CHARGES The cleaning charge covers a normal clean. If there is excessive rubbish, stains, bottles, breakages, cigarette butts, smells, or burns (which we will clean or repair), additional cleaning and replacement charges may apply. We are a pet-friendly property and expect owners to clean up after their pets. If there is additional cleaning or damage caused by your pet, additional cleaning charges will be applied. Guest access Guests have full, sole and complete access to the house, verandah and yard. The garage is not accessible to guests. Other things to note This is a pet friendly property, that is close to the nearby Warana (dog friendly) beach.
