The space PROPERTY DETAILS This stylish, spacious, and fully air-conditioned apartment is one of only two in the building, with this unit occupying the ground floor, while the upstairs apartment remains the only other residence. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: Queen Bed (& Aircon) Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds (& Aircon) This property includes a large garage for one vehicle, with additional street parking in front of the property. The garage also features table tennis, darts, a second fridge, a treadmill, and a second bathroom. KEYS/ACCESS A lockbox containing your keys is located at the apartment. The code for the lockbox will be sent to you prior to your arrival. BATHROOMS Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, vanity, and toilet. LAUNDRY The apartment has a laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer for your convenience. Please note, laundry detergent is not supplied. KITCHEN The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooktop, and all necessary utensils, including plates, cutlery, kettle, and toaster. DINING AREAS There is a kitchen breakfast bar seating four or an outdoor dining table for four guests. A small seating area for two is available outside the main bedroom. STARTER SUPPLIES We aim to keep cleaning costs minimal, so we provide a starter pack which includes: Tea Coffee Milk 3-in-1 body wash and hair wash 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) You will need to purchase your own supplies after these initial provisions. Please note, we do not supply sugar, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, tissues, or paper towels. All linen is provided and sourced from a Premium Linen Service. PROPERTY RULES Please note that this is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. We ask that you do not request to hold such events here, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment. This property is strictly NO SMOKING. If you wish to use the property for these purposes, we kindly ask you to book elsewhere. Upon booking, we will ask for details of your group and your purpose for visiting the coast. We value our lovely apartment and the well-being of our neighbours. If we receive reports of a party, event, or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and, if necessary, ask you to vacate the premises immediately. This is a perfect space for families, friends, and small groups who are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay. ADDITIONAL CLEANING CHARGES The cleaning charge for your stay covers a standard clean. However, if guests leave excessive rubbish, stains, broken items, bottles, or cigarette smells (which we will clean), you may incur additional cleaning and replacement costs.
