For your peace of mind, a general electricity cut-off device is installed in each apartment if the noise volume disturbs the neighborhood. The apartment is equipped with a hot water tank. Once emptied, it takes 4 hours to recharge. The fireplace is purely decorative and it is not possible to light a fire or use it for heating.
