With a practical layout and all the essentials provided, it’s a great base for your stay in Melbourne. The open-plan living and dining area includes a large TV and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. Free Wi-Fi is included. Bedrooms: • The master bedroom is privately positioned with lovely views, a walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with floor-to-ceiling windows. • The two other bedrooms are also spacious and feature large windows with plenty of natural light. These rooms share a central bathroom. • Bedding can be configured as either king beds or two singles in each of the secondary bedrooms—just let us know in advance so we can prepare it for you. Additional Guests: Extra guests can be accommodated on fold-up beds if required. Building Amenities: Guests have access to a heated indoor pool, outdoor tennis court, and barbecue facilities—perfect for a bit of leisure time during your stay. Parking: Secure undercover parking for one vehicle is included (height clearance 2.05m). Additional parking may be available on request for an extra fee. Other Details: • Four sets of keys are provided for your group’s convenience. • Please note: We occasionally update or rotate artwork and decorative items, so some features may vary slightly from the photos. Other things to note NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere inside the apartment or on the balcony. The ID of the guest who has made the booking is required to be presented at check-in unless prior arrangements have been made.
