Villa with private swimming pool, surrounded by the Sicilian countryside between Avola e Noto, in a raised position overlooking the hills and the sea. The space The villa spreads over the ground floor and it is accessible from the patio which leads to the living area. The sitting room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and an armchair facing the Tv and the French window, while behind them there is a dining table with wicker chairs. The independent kitchen is fitted with all amenities, including an oven, an espresso coffee machine and a microwave. The sleeping area consists of three rooms, all provided with a queen-size bed and a window overlooking the garden. A bathroom with shower completes the layout. The highlight of the house is the furnished outdoor, the wide garden and the tiled area which hosts the private swimming pool, a gazebo with a dining table, an outdoor shower, beach chairs and umbrellas for relaxing and sunbathing. Amenities such as free wifi and air conditioning in the bedrooms will be at guests’ disposal. We also offer to our guests truly authentic experiences to live like a local.
