You will live in a 300-year-old, listed half-timbered house with a quarry-stone cellar and your own garden, which has been completely restored. It is very romantically located in the middle of the historic old town of Monschau, directly on a small waterfall. The AUSZEIT offers you a charming ambience with very high-quality furnishings, cozy chill areas, rain shower, open kitchen with cooking island and a garden directly on the stream. Here you will find everything you need for your time out. The space The price calculation is for 2 people. Each additional person will be charged €35 per night. For departures on Sunday, a late check-out until 10 pm is already included in the price. With 120 m² of living space, the holiday home can comfortably accommodate up to six people. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet and its own city garden on Laufenbach. The house, built around 1700, has been renovated according to monument and with ecological building materials. Original doors, centuries-old oak beams, partly preserved wooden floorboards, sprout windows and wooden staircase have been lovingly refurbished and restored. In all rooms there are custom-made built-in furniture, the bathrooms and the kitchen are modern. The combinations of historical and modern elements create beautiful room atmospheres with high living quality and, together with the special location by the stream, make up the extraordinary charm of our house. Our small, newly landscaped city garden with typical planting and custom-made benches invites you to linger. Here you can enjoy the sound of the creek with a glass of wine, relax and unwind. In the quarry stone cellar there is a private access to the stream. A very special place is the quarry stone pedestal directly at the small waterfall. In the basement there is a washing machine at your disposal. It can also be used as a storage facility for bicycles. Guest access The house and city garden are available for our guests only. It is located directly on the Laufenbach with a magnificent view. You can walk to all the restaurants, attractions and parking lots in the old town. The ideal place to discover and enjoy Monschau and its surroundings. In the middle of it all, yet quiet. Other things to note Since you like to stay until the evening on Sundays, this day is not a day of arrival.
