Living room with 2 sofas, armchairs, coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD. 2 bathrooms with towel dryer, hairdryer, cot, stroller and high chair for baby, ironing board and iron, central vacuum... OUTSIDE: Private enclosed parking in front, enclosed garden at the back without overlooking for your peace of mind, terrace with garden furniture, covered "guinguette" shelter with rattan lounge, plancha, ping-pong table, lawn, aromatic vegetable garden. I will accompany you for the visit of the farmyard with the chickens, the duck (Mylène), the goat (Oupette) and the rabbits that let themselves be petted.
