At "La Catrina de Playa" we have studios located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, just 3 blocks from Fifth Avenue and the sea. This studio has a queen size bed, A/C, Wi-Fi, private bathroom, kitchen and television. Notice: At the moment the building is under renovation and expansion and the pool is out of service indefinitely (for this reason there could be noise during the day). By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read and agree to the above. The space We are 40 minutes from Cancun Airport and 5 minutes from 5th Avenue. All our studios include: - Air Conditioning -1 Private Bathroom -Good quality internet -Pool -Roof top -Among other things Guest access In order for guests to have access to the room, one day before their arrival they will be provided with the instructions for the room, specifying the room number, front door code, code to obtain the room keys, building address and finally the internet network and password. Other things to note -Cleaning during the stay is not included, these have an extra cost of $250 pesos (general cleaning and change of linens.) - No changes of towels, sheets or any complimentary items are made. -In the event of damage to any object or amenity inside the building, the guest will be charged the relevant fee for said object.
