100 m² apartment in the lake house + garden near Potsdam

In the picturesque village of Caputh, where Einstein once lived, you are right on Lake Caputh. You can use my huge 1260 m² garden with a grill, garden furniture, air mattresses, children's pool, SUPs & rental bikes. Just 10 minutes by regional train & bus to Potsdam! Also perfect for cycling around the lake on the European path & to Sanssouci Palace. Everything your heart desires is in the apartment for your well-being. Beds with linens, bathroom with towels & kitchen are fully equipped. The space Remember that I live on the upper floor ;) Smoking is prohibited throughout the property! Children 4 years and older! You have 2 separate bedrooms with super slatted frames and 7-zone cold foam mattresses and an additional sofa double bed to pull out. All three beds are 180 x 200 cm. You get a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, high-tech toilet with odor extractor and BD function (yes for butt cleaning ;). Everything you need for cooking is there, including sugar, salt, oil, coffee, etc. I charge €10 per person for TOWELS & LINENS from October to March. During the summer months, it is included. You can shop directly 5 minutes' walk at Rewe, which is open until 10:00 pm. Shampoo and shower gel are available in the bathrooms. If interested, we can also rent you bicycles and SuPs. At Boote Caputh you can rent motor boats. There is plenty to do! You can find out about upcoming events and exhibitions, etc. on the website of Schwielowsee Tourism and Tourism Marketing Brandenburg. ATTENTION: Unfortunately, we have to pay a tourist tax of 1 euro/day/person. This is not included in this price. It is paid on site. Since Schwielowsee is an official health resort, this money goes to the Tourist Board, which organizes great events for you and promotes local tourism. You will receive a receipt for this, which enables many free tourist offers. There are no steps. It is barrier-free! NOISE: Car traffic is actually not audible in the apartment and in the garden, as the property has a quiet courtyard and sound-insulated windows. In the evening from 10:00 pm no car drives in the small village, so you can sleep quietly with the window open! Check-in after 4:00 pm Check-out by 11:00 am Be aware: The property is not fenced towards the lake, where there is a nature reserve and an embankment. Therefore, children should always be under supervision. Guest access You have free access to the garden, private parking & a staircase to the lake at the nature reserve with embankment, lake access without fencing!
