Note: only the bedroom and bathroom are for the exclusive use of the guests. The other spaces in the apartment (living room, kitchen and balcony), as well as the common areas of the building, are for shared use. Come and stay in one of the finest areas in the city. Our apartment is located in a very strategic area of the city, literally on the banks of the São Francisco River and with easy access to several points of interest: bars, restaurants, bike path, riverfront, shopping mall, etc. The space The available room is relatively large and equipped with air-conditioning, providing a pleasant stay in a cozy environment. With a private bathroom for the exclusive use of the guest(s) next to the room. *Note: Hosts live in the apartment and will provide all necessary support to the guest(s) during their stay. Guest access Free street parking is possible. During your stay We live in the apartment, so we'll always be available. Other things to note This is a family apartment, where we live with our three pets (see photo in the listing).
