Papiriana la casa del borgo_ breathtaking sea view

My name is Papiriana, in the ancient medieval village of Fosdinovo in Alta Toscana on the Ligurian border, a stone's throw from the famous "Castello Malaspina". I have 2 bedrooms ( 1 double bed and 2 single beds) , 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room with sofa bed and a large pellet stove. From my terrace you will admire the beautiful Magra valley and the sea. I am halfway ( 14 km) from the beaches of Marinella di Sarzana and the Apuan Alps (Cecina field 1300 meters). Animal friends are welcome ! The space I am equipped with all comforts. An ancient and modern atmosphere coexist in me: wifi, ancient stone vaulted ceilings, a beautiful hot tub, a warm fire for the winter released by a pellet stove capable of heating the house through a ventilation system and finally a terrace with an unmissable view from which to look at the sea and thank Mother Nature. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven and is complete with dishes. Sugar, salt, tea and coffee included. Guest access All spaces in the home are available and reserved for guests. To reach me, you will have to park your car along the road a few minutes away and enter the village on foot. I have highlighted parking lot 1 and parking lot 2 on the map of the village. From no. 1, you will arrive at the entrance door of the castle and walk about 300 meters along the cobblestone road before arriving at the house (after the carabinieri), whose entrance gate will be on your left after the bar. From no. 2 you will have to climb a staircase (indication of pedestrian crossing) and at the top you will find yourself right next to the Oratory of the Whites. Here, go left and you will find the gate on your right just after the grocery store "Il borgo". You can still unload your luggage at the Castle gate (P.1) and park your car comfortably. IMPORTANT: If you put the address in the navigator, it will give you the indication to enter the walls of the village to reach me, but do not do it because the internal road is very narrow and large cars may not be able to travel it. Stay on the outside road! Other things to note In the house, guests will find detailed instructions for using the pellet stove, the hot tub, and how to dispose of waste. There is no grocery store in the village. I will send you directions to the nearest PAM supermarket, which is 5 km from the house and is located at Via Malaspina 1 in Fosdinovo.
