Rose End House has bean divided into 2 apartments. It is the front apartment that will be your home away from home. The lounge room has three long windows facing the private front garden, BBQ, outdoor setting and a lovely shady tree. It has two comfortable lounges facing each other which makes for easy conversation or a movie night. A television doubles as beautiful art. Please feel free to search through the hundreds of art options and change it. ( If my taste doesn't suite you. ) The space Rose End has a comfortable lounge room a split system AC, 2 lounges, coffee table, a small dining table and 2 chairs. Another 2 chairs can be left there on request. A small kitchenette with a sink, kettle, toaster, convection microwave, air fryer and bar fridge. All the necessities needed when your only 400m to the shops. A small but nice bathroom. 2 bedrooms both with ACs, queen beds, side tables and the front bedroom has a comfortable chair and looks onto the private front garden. Parking is curb side, with access through the front pedestrian gate. The Second apartment at the back is a private residence and has the driveway access. Located just a block and a half from the main street's supermarket's, cafes, hotels, and restaurants, and only a short stroll past a few houses to the Tumut river and its walking paths. From Rose End walk past 4 houses towards the shopping center then turn left onto the walking path that leads down to the river path. Turn left and walk to the wetlands, a 4.2k return stroll. Or right and walk along the river past the park to the River Cafe at the racecourse. The Cafe has lovely outdoor seating under the shady trees, with views of the river. Very Nice (And the Coffee's not bad either.) If you are lucky you may even see a platypus in the river's edge on your walk. (Full Disclaimer) You will hear the road noise in the front garden, but its such a lovely space.
