This 3 bedroom beachfront home at beautiful Ball Bay (near Mackay in Qld) is nestled between Cape Hillsborough where the wallabies gather on the beach and Haliday Bay with its beachfront golf resort. The rear yard is securely fenced for a pet dog. This is a quiet neighbourhood therefore no parties or loud music at night otherwise loss of security deposit may occur. Please be advised that no caravans or camper vans allowed on site. Bathroom has seperate shower and bath plus toilet and vanity The space The unspoilt beach out front is dog friendly and there is lots of birdlife in the area. You can fish off the beach or in your boat and the area is surrounded by National Park. Relax on the verandah with a good book or just gaze out to sea to the base of the Whitsunday Islands with Brampton Island in full view. This is a village atmosphere so there aren't any coffee shops but nature is abundant if you are seeking a quieter holiday without the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The large town of Mackay is a 25 minute drive or else a 5-10 min drive to Seaforth with general store, service station, bowls club etc. 9 hole golf resort a 5 minute drive away at Haliday Bay as well as the Olde Station Teahouse for home made scones, pizzas etc enroute to Cape Hillsborough where the wallabies gather on the beach for breakfast and afternoon delights. All less than a 10 minute drive. If you should choose to venture further why not explore the beautiful scenery at Eungella National Park. Plenty of things to do if you choose to explore but hey, a glass of wine and good book on the verandah is also tempting. Guest access Guests have full access of the house and yard.
