Located in what is called the "Golden Zone" of Bucerias. This means that everything is walking distance, the beach, restaurants, shopping and such. Large kitchen and living area. Large yard with pool. Four bedrooms. Two king beds, one queen, two double, one double sofa bed and a queen sofa bed. So the house could sleep 11 (more if they are kids and advance notice) please note that one sofa bed is in the living room and one sofa bed in the office/den area. The main floor has only one stair to enter the house, and has one bedroom and bath, perfect for those wishing to avoid stairs Guest access You will enjoy the entire property, to yourself.
