The space Set over a single floor, this spacious home features vibrant elements that are chic and plush at the same time. The enormous windows illuminate the living space, the sanctuary-inspired leather sofas and the wooden beamed ceilings offer aesthetic elegance while the eclectic dining area with a plush glossy table-top exudes contemporary realness. There’s no better place to devour a hearty barbecue on the balcony that this living room opens up to. The exteriors of this property play host to a bonfire pit, so you can spend balmy evenings out here until the stars come out. To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC, Wi-Fi, EV charging point - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue, bar, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 3 cars This is neither a wheelchair-friendly, nor a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 small room where guests can be accommodated - all on the ground floor. - All rooms offer a variety of amenities such as an AC, wardrobes, lockers and verdant views. - 2 rooms offer a king-sized bed each whilst the remaining 1 room is equipped with a queen-sized bed. - Each bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom. - Please note that the third bedroom is snug and cosy compared to the other two bedrooms. BATHROOMS - The property is equipped with 3 ensuite bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - Beyond the eclectic navy blue door, you will enter a cosy living area decked with contemporary and chic furniture. - This living room can seat up to 6 people with an aesthetic sofa setting along with a comfortable diwan for guests to relax on. - The dining area is a part of the living room and is equipped with seating for up to 6 people. - The living room offers large windows and is equipped with a 55-inch smart TV along with a woofer-equipped music system. - It opens up to a spacious deck area overlooking the surroundings and features a quaint swing along with seating space for up to 6 people. - The property offers an open-to-air temperature-controlled jacuzzi. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen which is attached to the living room. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - ⁠All vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Alternatively, guests can eat-out/order in from nearby restaurants. - Cooking of non-vegetarian food is prohibited. However, consumption is allowed. - Kindly place the order for food 24 hours prior to the check-in. It is mandatory for the guests to give a full advance payment for the same. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - A barbecue meal can be arranged at an extra charge. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 1 male staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 1200 per person, per day. Meals are not included in this cost. ACTIVITIES Nestled away in Mahabaleshwar, away from the bustling city life, Beyond The Blue Door promises you a wholesome experience.  to be your sanctuary for a few days. Within the property, guests can start their day with a relaxing cup of tea by the outdoor deck area in the company of chirping birds and fresh morning breeze. Gather your loved ones and play fun indoor games such as cards, board games, while you rejuvenate in the outdoor jacuzzi followed by a massage chair experience. Relish a sumptuous barbecue meal around the bonfire and end your day with a refreshing cocktail at the al fresco bar area.  ADD-ON SERVICES - ⁠Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 900, for 2 hours. - The outdoor jacuzzi can be accessed at no additional cost. The jacuzzi is temperature controlled. - Guests can access the EV charging point for no additional cost. - Please note that charges will be applicable if guests choose to bring their own vendors to the property. - Butler services can be availed at an additional cost by the guests, subject to prior request and availability. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Please note that the third bedroom is snug and cosy compared to the other two bedrooms. - Cooking of non-vegetarian food is prohibited. However, consumption is allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the electrical appliances except ACs for up to 8 hours. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas, terrace and living room for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property, in the staff quarters. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.
