As your host we are able to arrange and book tours in the local area. Hosts have extensive knowledge about local activities and tours. All tour bookings made free of charge. Palm Cove, a unique, quiet and relaxing village by the sea where centuries old “paperbark” Melaleuca trees line the casual Esplanade, is a tropical paradise which provides for all of your needs and ensures your holiday will be one to remember in an atmosphere of relaxed sophistication. . Palm Cove has one of Australia’s most picturesque beaches and village with Five Star Restaurants and Boutique shopping. This Tropical Paradise is only 25 minutes north of the City of Cairns and the Domestic and International Airport. The Cairns Airport is only 25 minutes away. Return Transfers can be arranged at an additional charge. We can also arrange a hire car. Public bus transport is available to and from Palm Cove. We are available to meet you on arrival between 8.00am – 5.30pm daily. For after-hours arrivals keys and maps to rooms are placed in envelopes inside the key safe, which we will confirm closer to your arrival. Cleaning Service:- Rates include a mid-stay full service clean serviced once during an 5 night stay. Service includes Bed made with clean linen, clean towels, floors swept and washed, bathrooms and kitchens cleaned, empty rubbish) Clean towels are available from your host on non-serviced days. Daily service can be arranged at an additional cost which include towels change, beds made (linen not changed), empty rubbish, floors swept and dishes washed if required). $35 per service There is currently construction taking place on the property at the rear of the Reef Retreat at 16 - 18 Amphora Street which may generate some building noise during working hours Monday - Friday.
