The cabin features a full bath with stand-up shower and all the essentials, a Sleep Number queen bed, and a pull-out couch to accommodate two additional guests. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, and utensils. Dishes are washed in the shed and the water used for a 30 gal. pond. Enjoy cooking on the two- burner gas cooktop or grill located on the porch. A propane firepit is provided for cozy evenings on the porch. A mini-split wall unit offers both A/C and heat for year-round comfort. Stay connected with Starlink high-speed internet, ensuring you can work or stream during your stay. Relax in the cabin's living area, complete with a 40-inch Roku smart tv, soundbar and Dish Tv for entertainment. The porch boasts stunning views of Big bend National Park and Rosillo Peak, making it the perfect spot for unwinding. Water is sourced through a sustainable rain-water catchment system, filtered for your use, but it's recommended to bring your own drinking water.
