House has TV, Fridge, All rooms have AC Ganpatipule Mandir is 2.6 KM from property which is 6-8 mins of drive. Gaiwadi Beach is 1 KM from property which is 3 mins of drive. This beach has Water Sports. Booking is allowed only for family NOT for bachelors please The space Living room has TV, Fridge, AC Bedroom has Air Condition (AC) Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom has King Size Bed for 2 people. There are 3 Floor Mattress and 1 Sofa in Living Room. So 4 people can sleep comfortably. Other things to note Thanks for your booking. Few general points to note: 1) Check In time from 1PM to 9PM as post that my caretaker leaves for the day 2) Check Out time 11AM. Request to adhere to this time as Bungalow needs to be kept ready for my next guest check-in 3) Booking is allowed only for family NOT for bachelors. So make note of it avoid any inconvenience 4) Rooms are clean and tidy, please maintain cleanliness while checking out as well 5) No pets allowed 6) In case you want utensils or any other cleaning during your stay, caretaker will do it at charge of 250/- per day 7) No noise making parties in the property as it's a gated community of bungalows 8) Booking is allowed only for family NOT for bachelors.
