Welcome to our oceanfront home, just outside Yachats, “Gem of the Oregon coast!” It’s ideal for families or groups up to 6 people, and very pet friendly! Inside is newly remodeled, spacious yet cozy, and boasts panoramic ocean views from the kitchen and living rooms. Backyard is expansive, surrounded by trees, and has dual paths (one wheelchair accessible) to the beach. It even includes outdoor seating, a portable fire pit and hammock! Near quaint Yachats and Florence attractions and trails. We have no immediate neighbors, so the home’s area is quite secluded and serene. Left of the house is protected Oregon state land, right is our second beach path, in front is Highway 101, and back, the beautiful Pacific ocean! Local animals such as robins, deer and seagulls (see photos) sometimes pay a visit :) Also, nature and attractions are extremely accessible. The beach is in our backyard and hiking trails like the 804 and Ya’Xaik are walking distance. Meanwhile, Yachats' and Florence's fresh seafood, old fashioned handicraft shops, working lighthouse and sea lion caves are just a quick drive. The beach and a few trails are walkable from home. Though town, and most other sights require a short drive. Scenic Yachats is less than 3 mi., and Florence 28 mi. Parking is on our driveway. It is gravel covered and accommodates 3 mid size cars.
