I am happy to welcome you to our bright & spacious studio apartment with a large roof terrace over the rooftops of Vettweiß in the Rureifel. In the vicinity are: Düren 15 km, Euskirchen 18 km, Aachen 55 km, Cologne 53 km, Bonn 54 km & Düsseldorf 80 km. In addition, there are numerous excursion destinations: Phantasialand Brühl 26 km, See-/Wassersportpark Zülpich 8 km, Burg Nideggen 10 km, Stausee Obermaubach 16 km, Rursee + Rurtalsperre Heimbach 16 km, Wildpark Schmidt 14 km, Freilichtmuseum Kommern 20 km and much more. The space The light-flooded apartment consists of a 44 square meter living-sleeping room, a spacious daylight bathroom with bathtub and a 40 square meter roof terrace. The apartment is accessible through a private entrance and is located on the 2nd floor (attic floor – without slopes). For up to 4 adults, a 1.30 m wide sofa bed is available in addition to the 1.40 m wide bed. A crib and another mattress are also available on request. The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-zone stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker (Bosch Tassimo), kettle and a small fridge. The first coffee and tea addictions are taken care of! A large desk with 2 monitors (27 and 24 inches), docking station, wireless keyboard + mouse and a comfortable desk chair with headrest are available for working. We also provide Wi-Fi, linens and towels as well as a washing machine and dryer and all other comforts. Other things to note Car parking is available for free right in front of the house. Not far from the apartment, there are all the shops serving daily needs, such as an Aldi, Rewe, bakeries, drugstore, clothing stores, hairdresser, snack bar and much more. By car, you can reach the A1, A61 and A4 highways in less than 15 minutes.
