The space ••••• 100% COMFORT Each unit is thoroughly CLEANED and SANITIZED before every guest. Included in your stay are slippers as well as utensils and kitchenware that have been properly sterilized and ready for use. ••••• HOW BIG IS YOUR UNIT AND HOW MANY ROOMS AND BEDS? The unit is located on the topmost floor / 7th floor (accessible by elevator and stairs) with a beautiful unobstructed view of the lagoon. Fully-equipped with everything you need for a peaceful staycation indoors or a fun-filled adventure outdoors! The loft can comfortably fit up to 12 adults MAX. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 FULL-SIZED bathrooms, an interior dining table fit for 8, and additional outdoor dining table fit for 6. The kitchen is FULLY EQUIPPED (please refer to the amenities list to see what is provided) and you are welcome to bring food to cook and enjoy in the unit. Parking is free. ••••• HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT IN THE UNIT? We can accommodate a MAXIMUM of 12pax ONLY (INCLUDING toddlers and infants). Unfortunately there is a maximum number of guests that we can authorize with the Pico de Loro Management. ••••• IS THERE WIFI PROVIDED? Yes. Guest access Guests are welcome to access the amenities available at Pico de Loro Beach and Country Club, however please note that ENTRY and RENTALS will require an ADDED FEE. These fees/payments are NOT included in the condo rental fee and are to be settled directly with Pico de Loro during your stay. Mentioned amenities include all swimming pools, the beach, country club, sports, etc. GUEST FEES - One time payment on the day of your arrival regardless of length of stay. The unit itself is two floors — with two bedrooms located on the 2nd level and the master level located on the main floor (no stairs required). Bathrooms are unfortunately not ADA accessible. Other things to note ••••• GUEST AUTHORIZATION Pico de Loro is primarily a residential development and vital to its security is a mandatory authorization process for non-members. Upon your confirmed booking, we shall coordinate the LIST of GUESTS for us to submit to the management which they will be checking at the Gate when you arrive. ••••• NO SMOKING Strictly no smoking inside the unit. Ash trays are provided at the outdoor seating areas. ••••• NO SLIPPERS ON THE RUGS AND CARPETS. Please keep footwear off these areas. ••••• PETS Sorry, NO pets allowed. ••••• LOSS/DAMAGE TO UNIT We charge a SECURITY DEPOSIT along with your Airbnb rental which will be returned to you in full so long as there is no loss, damage, or any occurrence which will require special repair or attention. ••••• PESTS Please refrain from leaving windows and doors open for an extended period of time to keep unwanted visitors outside - remember you are amidst nature. ••••• STERILIZER (AUTHORIZED OPERATION ONLY) Utensils, mugs, plates are sterilized prior to each guest/group. Please DO NOT RETURN any used/unwashed items into the sterilizing unit and please DO NOT try to operate the sterilizer yourself. ••••• PARTIES/PHOTOSHOOTS Strictly NO PARTIES to include other guests outside those authorized by us for use of the unit, and NO OFFICIAL PHOTO/VIDEO SHOOTS intended for commercial uses in the unit without proper consent.
