The condo is located in front of the beach and Northeast Ecological Corridor, a natural reserve to the turtles. My apartment is on the second floor (the height create a view like a seven floor apartment). The apartment was recently renovated: it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 2 new mini splits, new kitchen, laundry, appliances, furniture and many other facilities. The main bedroom has its modern private bathroom. Hot water, wifi, smart TV with Netflix. POOL is UNABLE. You are welcome to book it. Guest access Guests can access the pool. The condo has private access to the pool and beach with a gate. The condo also offers on the first floor: (I) washing machines and dryers that you need to pay for (ii) little gym (iii) one private roofed parking , number i#73, that is located making an immediate left after the gate in one of the covered spaces. (iv) 24 hours security guards Other things to note There's a queen air mattress . I will accept your check in between 3pm -12am, if you arrive after 12am to before 3pm, I will charge you a fee $30. If you want to check in the early morning (12am-12pm) you need to pay for that night. Check out is before 11:00AM Rules: 1. Water and electricity: Please, be mindful of how much water and electricity you use. In Puerto Rico, the utilities are really expensive. 2. ACs: Don't leave the air conditioner all day turned on, only use it when you're going to sleep and, please turn off the lights, fans and AC when you go out and when yo do your check out. 3. Trash: Please take the trash in the trash area (last door after elevator in the same floor). 4. Washer and dryer The apartment has a washer and dryer. You have to buy the personal detergent. 5.
