30sqm house with kitchen, sauna, gazebo and loft.

A complete 30 sqm house just for you. In the house you will find your own sauna, a big bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen including stove & fridge plus freezer and a loft with a king size double bed. The couch folds out to a queen size bed. The guest house is right next to our main house but has its very own patio for some privacy. Parking is easy accessible and is is of course included. We are usually close by if you have any questions or want tips regarding the surroundings. The space The house was finished summer 2022 so it still has very much the new feeling. The bathroom and sauna are connected and separate from the living room area. In the living room/ kitchen the couch folds out to a queen size bed if needed. The stairs take you up to the loft where you find the main bed. The gazebo was lifted in place and renovated summer 2025 and is available for use from approximately April to October (wintertime it is used for storage). In my opinion it’s perfect for two people but since it has two beds (including the fold out couch) you can book up to 4 guests if you don’t mind sharing one bathroom and limited space. Guest access You get you own key and have the entire guest house for yourselves With the patio and small garden on the backside of the guesthouse. The Wooden terrace in front of the house is our private area for our family and meant only as an entrance to the guest house. Other things to note Bike paths from here to Malmö are excellent. If you want to rent bikes (10 eur per bike per day) let me know.
