The story Ô Rouge, begins with the Castel de Très Girard in Morey-Saint-Denis, 25 years ago. Two brothers, Didier and Lionnel Petitcolas, develop this place with modernity and authenticity. In 2020, an opportunity presents itself with the acquisition of the Hôtel des Grands Crus in Gevrey-Chambertin. The Ô Rouge project was born. The space Ô Bed Ô Rouge is on the famous route des grands crus; in the middle of the vineyards, with a view of the medieval castle and the 13th century church. The two-story building houses 21 rooms carpeted in the colors of the establishment with all the comforts of our time.
