Whether you're on a romantic getaway, a business trip, or simply looking for a relaxing stay, this charming 1-bedroom apartment welcomes you in a cozy and soothing atmosphere. More than just accommodation, Escal'Allier is an invitation to take a break, breathe, and enjoy a moment of rejuvenation by the water. The space The property has: - a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals independently, - a living room with a TV and a 120x190 sofa bed, - a comfortable bedroom conducive to rest, equipped with a 140x200 double bed, - a functional bathroom, - and a separate toilet. You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. Sheets and towels are provided, and the bed is made upon arrival. You will also have a DVD player with some movies, board games, tourist guides, etc. The accommodation directly overlooks a swimming beach (unsupervised), just walk down a few steps to be in the water. Hiking by the water or in the mountains, canoeing, fishing, cultural visits are possible nearby. Guest access Access to the accommodation is via outdoor stairs, and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Free parking available. About 45 minutes from Clermont Ferrand or Puy en Velay. Close to the A75 highway (the meridian), 3 hours from Montpellier. Other things to note Please note that the interior of the property is non-smoking. Bar-press smoking, bakery in the village of Vieille-Brioude, a few minutes walk. Many restaurants, shops and services in the town of Brioude, within a 10-minute drive. Swimming and fishing spot on site. Supervised swimming and rental of bicycles, kayaks, pedal boats, paddles a 15-minute walk away. Numerous hiking and mountain biking sites from or near the property.
