Charming little 2-room apartment by the Allier

Charming small fully equipped two-room apartment, large terrace with unobstructed views of the Allier. In an old holiday village, quiet and in a preserved setting, ideal to relax and recharge. The accommodation directly overlooks a swimming beach (unsupervised), just walk down a few steps to be in the water. Hike by the water or in the mountains, canoeing, fishing, cultural visits are possible nearby. The space The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, oven, microwave, dishes and kitchen utensils), a living room, a large terrace, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140 x 200, dressing room provided in the bathroom. The living room features a 120x190 sofa bed. Bed and bath linens are provided. You will have at your disposal a DVD player with some movies, board games, tourist guides... Please note that the interior of the accommodation is non-smoking, and that pets are not allowed. We ask that you respect this accommodation and leave it in the same condition it was in when you found it (all the necessary cleaning supplies are available). If it is not possible for you to clean before your departure, we suggest you pay the sum of €15 on site. Guest access Access to the accommodation is via outdoor stairs, and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Free parking available. About 45 minutes from Clermont Ferrand or Puy en Velay. Close to the A75 highway (the meridian), 3 hours from Montpellier. Other things to note Bar-newsagent-tobacconist, bakery in the village of Vieille-Brioude, within walking distance. Many restaurants, shops and services in the town of Brioude, within a 10-minute drive. Swimming and fishing on site. Supervised swimming and bike, kayak, pedal boat, paddle board rental a 15-minute walk away. Numerous hiking and mountain biking sites from the accommodation or nearby.
