35 m² semi-detached apartment with digicode entrance + reserved parking space. Located in a very quiet area close to a dead-end road offering a magnificent view of the Valley but also of the Château de La Mothe. Located 20 min by bike from the Dolce Via where you can walk in complete tranquility. Ideal starting point for visiting all the must-see places of the Ardèche: the Gerbier des Joncs, the Mezenc, the Ray Pic, the Pont d 'Arc, etc...and to go hiking. The space This is an apartment adjoining our house (we live above). We have a young, sociable and affectionate dog, but also a cat and chickens. Feel free to come with your four-legged friends, provided they also accept our animals. The property is fully fenced. You will have the opportunity (upon request) to collect eggs from our hens (depending on production). You will have a large wooden table with parasol to enjoy the view and the sun in peace. In the bathroom refurbished in April 2024, a washing machine and a laundry line are present. A large outdoor drying rack is also available. Your bikes can be stored under cover. Please return the apartment as you found it on arrival: you must therefore clean/dish before you leave and empty the garbage 😉 Guest access Guests have access to the garden which will be shared with us. In front of the apartment, you will have a large table waiting for you to be able to have breakfast and meals with your feet in the grass. Other things to note Before arriving at the house, there is a big climb of 350 m. Courage to the bikes (especially non-electric), the view is really worth a look 😉
