35 m² semi-detached apartment (we live above) with entry by digital code + reserved parking space. Located in a very quiet area and offering a magnificent view of the valley as well as the Château de La Mothe. Located 20 minutes by bike from the Dolce Via, where you can stroll in peace. Ideal starting point for visiting all the must-see places in the Ardèche: Gerbier des Joncs, Mézenc, Ray Pic, Pont d'Arc, etc., and for going hiking. The space This is an apartment adjoining our house (we live above). We have a young, sociable and affectionate dog, but also a cat and chickens. Feel free to come with your four-legged friends, provided they also accept our animals. The property is fully fenced. You will have the opportunity (upon request) to collect eggs from our hens (depending on production). You will have a large wooden table with parasol to enjoy the view and the sun in peace. In the bathroom, which was refurbished in April 2024, there is a washing machine and a drying rack. A large shared clothesline is also available outside. Your bikes can be stored under cover. Please return the apartment as you found it on arrival: you must therefore clean/dish before you leave and empty the garbage 😉 Guest access Guests have access to the garden which will be shared with us. Numerous outdoor games for children are available and shared. These include various swings, a slide, and a trampoline (with our mandatory consent and under your full responsibility). In front of the apartment, you will have a large table waiting for you so you can have breakfast and meals with your feet in the grass. A stone barbecue is available for grilling meat, fish or vegetables 👍 We can provide charcoal if needed Other things to note Before arriving at the house, there is a big climb of 350 m. Courage to the bikes (especially non-electric), the view is really worth the look 😉
